Why have a club strategy?
1. Being a volunteer based club there will naturally be turnover within all alreas of the club, this strategy will allow everyone to keep pushing in the same direction, carrying on from everyones hard work and learning from their experiences.
2. and i do mean everyone… our strongest asset as a club? Our members. Pooling together all our experiences, skills and networks is incredibly powerful. Have your chance to lay a brick on the Black & Red road.. With a growing club, infrastructure and support network its exciting to be involved! By being transparent in our direction, we hope to make supporting opportunties more accessible.
3. By monitoring our progress we can make informed decisons, constatntly reflecting to understand where we are as a club and sport to insure our club thrives.
