Strength & Conditioning

Sprint

By bringing in S&C processes we look to support the physical development of players, to not only support on field performance, but build robustness throughout the club. We’re working to empower players and coaches with the knowledge to support their physical development.

A big focus to the S&C provisions this season will be working on reducing the injury rates of hockey associated injuries throughout the club.

Sports Nutrition

Ben Allsopp has joined this season to provide an educational framework for all things nutrition. You’ll see regular resources being created throughout the season, from infographics to pdf resources around the hot topics, such as game day nutrition and recipe ideas.
